We started FeatherSnap with a simple goal: to spark a sense of curiosity in all of us. Because sometimes we just need a little reminder that there’s a whole world of amazement, bewilderment, astonishment and wonderment out there. Starting in our own backyards.

Founded by Tactacam, we’re part of a family of brands that have been dedicated to redefining what’s possible for outdoor camera technology and nature experiences since 2013. FeatherSnap was built to capture amazing videos and images of birds while designing smart tech for fellow nature nerds, of course. But it was also built for seeing the extraordinary in the everyday. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

BEFORE sending anything to FeatherSnap, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@feathersnapcam.com or +1 (218) 282-7121. We are often able to solve the problem quickly via email.

  1. Office Hours:
    Monday-Friday: 8:30AM–5:00PM CST
  2. Customer Support will provide an RMA Number that needs to get printed and put in the box and outside the box. You will also be provided a return label free of charge.
  3. Print the RMA Number that was emailed to you and attach to outside of the box and send to the below address (items must be received by FeatherSnap within 14 days of issuing the RMA):
